Staff Unavailability allows staff to specify when they’re not able to work, altering their manager if they try to schedule a session when the staff member is not available. Likewise, if a staff member adds unavailability during an existing scheduled session time, the manager will be notified.

Add WWCC numbers and expiry dates for staff to Clipboard, and receive an email notification one month prior to its expiration.

Clipboard automatically generates “Rolling Schedules”, so that a student’s lesson time is on at a different time each week or fortnight. With built-in clash detection and student unavailability, Clipboard will ensure the student’s lesson time doesn’t conflict with an existing commitment.
